House Rules & Policy

Resort Rules
1.     A breach of any House Rules may result in a penalty or eviction of the offender at the discretion of the manager based on the investigation.
2.     Guests and invitees of guests are expected to behave in a manner that is conducive to the safety, comfort, and convenience of other guests.
3.     All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping inside the room and balcony are strictly prohibited. Failure to abide shall be charged with a penalty of  ₱5,000.00 per incident. Designated smoking areas can be found within the premises of the resort.
4.     Bringing in food and beverages purchased outside the resort is not permitted. Failure to abide shall be charged with a corkage fee of ₱1,000.00 per incident.
5.     Room service has a 10% surcharge. The food reheating fee is ₱500.00. We are unable to store unfinished food and beverage orders in our kitchen due to a lack of space.
6.     Each guest will be provided with bath and pool towels. For environmental and ecological purposes, reusing towels is strongly recommended. A minimum of ₱500.00 per person will be charged for excessive towel changes.
7.     Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
8.     Late check-out requests are subject to room availability. A fee of ₱2,000.00 per room shall be charged for late check-out requests.
9.     The resort obtains the right to withhold incidental deposits upon violation.
10.  Children younger than 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult, parent, or legal guardian at any given time.
11.  Please be reminded that the pools are open from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult, parent, or legal guardian in and around the pool areas. No lifeguard is on duty.
12.  Eating and drinking inside the pool are strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
13.  Bringing in or using cooking and heating appliances, along with combustibles are strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
14.  Rooms will only be made up when indicated through door signage or upon demand.
15.  A breach of House Rules includes loud, offensive, and/or unruly behavior. Damage or destruction of property. Improper or unseemly conduct or any act or an omission which in the opinion of the manager, adversely affects or brings discredit upon the manager, owner, or other guests.
16.  Banned substances and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
17.  Any kind of weapons or firearms is strictly prohibited.
18.  Pets are not allowed on the resort premises nor in the rooms. No exceptions. This is to avoid possible damages, odors, and additional cleanup procedures and to keep our amenities sterile and accessible for guests with allergies.
19.  Guests are advised to keep their valuables secured at all times. The management is not liable for any loss and damage of their personal belongings inside the resort or vehicles on the resort premises.
20.  The management reserves the right to ban any violators.
21.  The Hotel Keepers Act of the Philippines is applicable.

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form
Assumption of Risk, Release, and Indemnity 
The use of the facilities at AMOR LAUT naturally involves the risk of injury, whether the undersigned or someone else causes it. As such, the undersigned agrees that he or she understands and voluntarily accepts the risk and agrees that AMOR LAUT and any of their affiliated entities or an officer, director, member, agent, servant, or employee (hereinafter collectively “AMOR LAUT”) will not be liable for any injury, including and without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to the undersigned, the undersigned’s spouse, the undersigned’s children, guest or relative (hereinafter, collectively “GUEST”) resulting from the negligence of AMOR LAUT or anyone else using the facilities. If there is any claim by anyone based on any injury, loss, or damage described herein, which involves GUEST, the undersigned agrees to (i) defend AMOR LAUT against such claims and pay AMOR LAUT for all expenses relating to the claim including, but not limited to, any attorney’s fees, and (ii) indemnity AMOR LAUT for all obligations resulting from such claims. This document shall be construed and enforced by the laws of the Philippines.Waiver of Liability The GUEST agrees to release from all liability, discharge and promise not to take legal action against (i) AMOR LAUT, (ii) any other guest, visitor, or person present using the facilities or equipment of AMOR LAUT; (iii) any designers, manufacturers, or installers of the facilities or equipment of AMOR LAUT; and/or (iv) in connection with any activities sponsored by AMOR LAUT whether or not such activities take place inside or outside of any premises owned or operated by AMOR LAUT. This agreement releases AMOR LAUT from any liability to GUEST, their heirs, next of kin, assigns, or personal representatives for any losses or damages or claims or demand arising out of GUEST’s injuries, property damage, or GUEST’s death, even if AMOR LAUT’s individual or collective negligence contributes to such personal injury, damage or death. The undersigned hereby waives any claims or actions that may arise against AMOR LAUT, its owners, directors, or employees or volunteers as a result of any such injury to any such person. Such risks include, but are not limited to:  a.Injuries resulting from the negligence of the owners, operators, employees, or volunteer assistants of AMOR LAUT or the negligence of guests, visitors, or persons who may be present at AMOR LAUT; or the negligence of the landlord or AMOR LAUTb.Injuries or death resulting from the failure or negligent misuse, by me or by others, of the facilities or equipment of AMOR LAUTc.Injuries caused from slips, trips, falls, or other such accidents that occur while using the facilities or which may be caused by other persons’ use of the facilities or equipment of AMOR LAUTd.Injuries resulting from participating in and/or using equipment in connection with the activities sponsored by AMOR LAUT which may take place inside or outside of any premises owned or operated by AMAN LAUTe.Injuries that occur from the negligence or lack of adequate training of those volunteers, agents, or employees of AMOR LAUT who seek to assist with medical or other help before or after injuries have occurred The GUEST freely and voluntarily assumes complete personal responsibility for these risks and for the injuries that might occur as a result of these risks, even if such injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time this agreement is signed.  BY SIGNING BELOW, THE GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS READ THE AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY AND UNDERSTANDS AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN AND THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS OR STATEMENTS OR INDUCEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE GUEST THAT CHANGE, ALTER, OR MODIFY ANYTHING WITHIN THE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, BY SIGNING BELOW THE UNDERSIGNED REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THEY HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO SIGN THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF ALL INDIVIDUALS WHOSE LEGAL RIGHTS THIS AGREEMENT CONTEMPLATES TO WAIVE. IN THE EVENT ANY PORTION HEREOF IS HELD INVALID, IT IS AGREED THAT THE OTHER REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL CONTINUE TO BE IN FULL LEGAL FORCE AND EFFECT.
